Toothpaste Selection

90% of the total benefit in brushing is with toothbrush and 10% with toothpaste. The choice of brush and the right brushing are much more important than the choice of paste. However, when choosing a toothpaste, care should be taken that it contains fluoride and does not contain abrasives. Toothpaste should not be swallowed. Mouth after brushing  at least 3 times  should be rinsed with water.

Tooth sensitivity (tingling in the cold) is very common in society. There are scientific studies that show that sensitizing pastes have positive effects.

There is a tendency in society to use whitening toothpastes. When choosing a whitening toothpaste, it should be noted that it does not contain abrasives.
